Overview
This product combines two research peptides that act on different pituitary receptors: CJC-1295 without DAC, a stabilized GHRH analogue, and ipamorelin, a selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). Early human pharmacology showed that pairing a GH-releasing peptide with GHRH produces a larger GH response than either alone. That synergy is the rationale researchers cite for the pairing. The specific combination in this product has not itself been the subject of a published study.
Class: Blend: GHRH analogue + ghrelin receptor agonist
Mechanism of action
How the compound acts, as described in the literature.
Modified GRF (1-29) activates the GHRH receptor and the cAMP pathway in somatotroph cells.
Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a, raising intracellular calcium through a separate signaling route.
Studies of GHRP and GHRH given together report a greater-than-additive GH release, consistent with convergent intracellular signals.
Ipamorelin is described as selective, with little effect on ACTH or cortisol in animal work.

1990
Human pharmacology study
PMID 2108187Growth hormone (GH)-releasing peptide stimulates GH release in normal men and acts synergistically with GH-releasing hormone.
Bowers CY, et al. · J Clin Endocrinol Metab
In healthy men, a GH-releasing peptide stimulated GH release and acted synergistically with GHRH, producing a larger response together than either alone.
1998
Preclinical study
PMID 9849822Ipamorelin, the first selective growth hormone secretagogue.
Raun K, et al. · Eur J Endocrinol
Characterized ipamorelin as a GH secretagogue that released GH without the marked ACTH and cortisol increases seen with other GHRPs in animal models.
Evidence & safety
What the research does not show, and the adverse events and regulatory status it reports.
No published study has tested this specific combination; the rationale is drawn from separate studies of each component and of GHRP–GHRH synergy in general. Neither component is approved, and the safety of combined, repeated exposure is unknown.
