BPC-157 + GHK-Cu + TB-500
Also known as GLOW
A combination of BPC-157, the copper peptide GHK-Cu, and TB-500 (thymosin beta-4). Each component has its own preclinical literature on tissue repair; the three-peptide combination itself has not been studied.

Overview
This product combines three peptides with separate research histories. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid gastric peptide fragment studied mainly in rodent injury models. GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine, first identified in human plasma and studied for effects on fibroblasts, collagen and wound healing. TB-500 is a trade name for synthetic thymosin beta-4, an actin-binding peptide studied in wound, cardiac and corneal repair. No study of the three-peptide combination is indexed on PubMed. One rat study compared BPC-157, TB-500 and their pairing; GHK-Cu was not included.
Class: Three-peptide combination (BPC-157, GHK-Cu, thymosin beta-4)
Mechanism of action
How the compound acts, as described in the literature.
BPC-157: rodent and cell studies associate it with tendon fibroblast migration and survival through FAK–paxillin signaling, and with VEGFR2–Akt–eNOS activation linked to angiogenesis.
GHK-Cu: binds copper(II) with high affinity; in fibroblast cultures it stimulated collagen synthesis at picomolar to nanomolar concentrations, and it has been studied for effects on extracellular matrix turnover and wound repair.
Thymosin beta-4: sequesters monomeric actin, regulating cytoskeletal remodeling during cell migration, and has been linked to keratinocyte migration and ILK–Akt survival signaling in cardiac cells.
Whether these mechanisms interact when the peptides are combined has not been tested; any proposed complementarity is inferred from single-agent studies.

Rodent study
PMID 42542926Effects of BPC-157 and TB-500 on Achilles tendon healing in rats: A histopathological and biomechanical study.
Biçer O, et al. · Jt Dis Relat Surg
Covers two of the three components: in rats with repaired Achilles tendons, TB-500 alone improved load to failure and histology scores, and BPC-157 plus TB-500 showed no advantage over either alone. GHK-Cu was not tested.

PMID 21030672The promoting effect of pentadecapeptide BPC 157 on tendon healing involves tendon outgrowth, cell survival, and cell migration.
Chang CH, et al. · J Appl Physiol (1985)
BPC-157 alone: in rat tendon explants and fibroblasts, it accelerated tendon outgrowth and increased cell survival and migration without changing proliferation, with increased FAK and paxillin phosphorylation.

In vitro
PMID 3169264Stimulation of collagen synthesis in fibroblast cultures by the tripeptide-copper complex glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine-Cu2+.
Maquart FX, et al. · FEBS Lett
GHK-Cu alone: in fibroblast cultures, the tripeptide-copper complex stimulated collagen synthesis beginning at about 10⁻¹² to 10⁻¹¹ M and peaking near 10⁻⁹ M, without a change in cell number.
Evidence & safety
What the research does not show, and the adverse events and regulatory status it reports.
No study has tested the three-peptide combination; the only combination data come from one rat study of BPC-157 plus TB-500, which found no advantage over either alone. Evidence for each component is largely preclinical, and elevated thymosin beta-4 expression has been linked to tumor cell migration in colorectal cancer studies. None of the components is an approved drug, and BPC-157 and TB-500 are prohibited in sport by WADA.
